As you can deduct from our product range we are selling, beside products from famous brands, quite some products under our own private/12Tune label.
Please be assured that this does not say anything about the quality of the product. These products are manufactured in similar or sometimes the same factories with the same raw materials according to the highest A-brand conditions.
Due to the above mentioned, the same terms of guarantee are applicable to all products delivered by 12Tune. As we stand behind our high quality products and recognise that this is an important matter in a market where also a lot of inferior products are sold, we have included this item in our general terms and conditions.

Should the delivered product not meet the specifications as laid out in the agreement then 12Tune is obliged to deliver the missing part(s) of the product, repair or offer a replacement of the product.
If the above is not possible the purchaser is then given a credit receipt.
Any complaints founded on facts that justify the proposition that the delivered product does not answer to the agreement, are valid for a period of 1 year after receipt by the purchaser.
