The website offers stock indications for each product on the product pages. Please note that the stock indications are not live, and may vary. Please contact us for our actual stock position.

12Tune offer 95% of the products from either internal or external stock or can delivery quickly through our large network of distributors and suppliers throughout Europe, Asia and the United States.

Online orders on must be paid in advance, prior to shipping the ordered parts. 12Tune offers various payment options, depending on specific countries.

- Cash on delivery (Only available in The Netherlands & Belgium)
- Cash payment (Only available when you pick up parts at our warehouse in The Netherlands

We ship by UPS courier, which guarantees fast, ensured delivery. Depending on your region, UPS delivery takes up to 6 working days within Europe, exceptions excluded. Shipments outside Europe can take longer, depending on your local customs and region.

Shipping costs can be easily calculated by using our shipping quote option, when you are in your basket.

Order Status

12Tune provides a webbased account management tool, where you can manage your contact information, check your prior orders and track new orders.

We try to provide accurate order information, with a couple of order statusses:

- Pending | Order has been placed, but we're waiting on the payment
- Processing | Order has been paid, and we're waiting until your order is complete for packing
- Complete | Your order has been shipped. Additional tracking information is available
- On Hold | There might be an issue with your order. You have or will receive(d) additional information per e-mail
- Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled

Service and Warranty

Products supplied by 12Tune are subject to the guarantee by the manufacturer of the product concerned. Due to our wholesale activities we have a close intensive contact with these manufacturers world wide which makes that we can solve your case immediately.

12Tune agreed with all its suppliers (except M&H Tires) a minimum warranty period of 1 year.

RMA Procedure

RMA, short for Return Merchandise Authorization, will be started when you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong product. A product which will defect within the warranty period, will also be applicable for RMA.

Your RMA will only be processed if it meets the following criteria:

- Part being returned, match the original sales order
- Parts being returned must be withing the warranty period
- Parts that fall within 12Tune's operating specifications or are deemed defective due to customer misapplication will be returned as is, and may be subject to a minimum evaluation fee of EUR 25.00 per unit
- Parts must be returned in adequate condition, in original packaging and shipping material. Failure to do so will result in product returned to sender or restocking fee.
- Damaged or faulty products need (detaled and clear) photo's/images of those specific damages or faults. Failure of providing correct and clear images will postpone the RMA procedure until correct photo's/images are provided
- If you need immediate replacement, provide your Customer Support Representative with a new PO (Purchase Order). Please note, 12Tune International BV reserves the right to return product which is deemed customer damaged or no fault found from the RMA.
- Customer is responsible for complying with all import and export requirements for returning parts to 12Tune International BV for repair or service.
